So I was playing through BTW again and I was struck by how uselessly maps in item frames were implemented in vanilla (it's almost like they don't play the game or something.), and how much of a lost opportunity they were. Now the mod only comes in one flavor, and instead of being able to rotate the map, you right click to toggle it to either have the map sitting inset in the frame or borderless, sitting in front of the frame. Also, since this is just a client mod which changes a single rendering class and doesn't add any new data or blocks, it can be removed at any time on an update without any problems to your map. This only modifies the rendering class for the item frame, so it should be compatible with any mod which doesn't modify that particular file. Simply download the version you want, and drop the class file into your minecraft jar. I'd appreciate if people could do any kind of testing they can think with them and leave some feedback and pictures of them in use. V0.8 Alpha release - I've not done extensive testing on this yet, so be warned that I'm not 100% sure it is entirely safe to your world, but I also can't think of any possible way it could break anything. It seems to be working fine, but make sure you backup before installing just in case. V1.0 Now that BTW is working on 1.5.1, I guess I should push the updated version. I was always disappointed with how this was done in vanilla, so I finally decided to do something about it: How do I make a bubble column in MCPE 1.5.What this add-on / mod does is to change the way item frames render when they have a map in them. When it comes to Minecraft PE 1.5.2 geography, we have to mention numerous bubble columns throughout the oceans.Īs a matter of fact, a magma or soulsand block placed in water depths now produces bubbles that can either suck you down or, on the contrary, push you to the surface.Īll in all, there is a lot to explore in this update. Generally, all undead can no longer swim at all. They still drop tridents sometimes, though.Īt the same time, Husks and Zombies now turn into Drowned if they spend too much time underwater. Oppositely, Drowned now have more chances to spawn with a nautilus shell in MCPE 1.5.2. For instance, you can now feed dolphins raw cod or salmon, so it leads you to the nearest shipwreck or ocean ruins. Lastly, the Impaling enchantment maltreats marine creatures more than usual in Minecraft PE 1.5.2. Additionally, it deals some damage to the mobs in your propelling way. The Riptide charm propels the player if he uses the trident underwater or when it’s raining. On the other hand, the Channeling effect allows you to summon lightning by throwing it. Once thrown at someone not so friendly and enchanted with Loyalty, tridents will fly back to the MCPE 1.5.2 users. Rummage all the chests you can find or rip off all the greedy traders on your way to find the Loyalty, Channeling, Impaling, and Riptide. It turns out this powerful weapon can be even more efficacious. Itemsįirst of all, the freshly added trident now has its own witcheries. Minecraft PE 1.5.2 players will be able to explore brand new oceans. What’s new in MCPE 1.5.2?ĭevelopers release another Update Aquatic version introducing bubble columns, trident enchantments, and even underwater conduit. Download Minecraft PE 1.5.2 Update Aquatic for free on Android: adorable reptiles and their babies, fragile eggs, as well as a variety of achievements.
